Indigenous Clean Energy (ICE) and the Bringing It Home initiative have announced the opening of applications for the second round of the Project Accelerator program. Applications for this funding opportunity are open from June 3rd to August 30th.

The Project Accelerator program was launched in 2022 and aims to support the development of energy-efficient housing projects within Indigenous communities across Canada. The intent of these projects is to make long-term improvements to housing with Indigenous communities leading the work.

The program was designed to address the housing crisis faced by Indigenous communities across the country, and offers a mix of online and in-person learning, mentorship, and up to $125,000 in project grants to participants.
